Maeve O’Driscoll is a partner in PJ O’Driscolls solicitors and a member of the West Cork Business Group. She holds a B.C.L., University College Cork & Law Society of Ireland; and a Diploma in Commercial Law from the Law Society of Ireland
Maeve has been involved in all forms of Court Litigation on behalf of both Plaintiffs and Defendants at District, Circuit, High and Supreme Court levels. She has represented clients at Arbitrations and Tribunals. In Employment Law matters she has advised and represented both Employers and Employees. She has substantial experience in personal injury Litigation on behalf of both Plaintiffs and Defendants. She has licensing experience at both District and Circuit Court level. She has been involved in advising on and litigating substantial commercial and property contract disputes and has undertaken debt collection at all Court levels. She is also interested in Alternative Dispute Resolution through meditation.
Maeve has in the past been the Litigation Officer of the West Cork Bar Association for approximately three years and was a member of the Council of the Law Society of Ireland for two years.
